Clinical-study data-lock process optimization
Labcorp process-improvement initiative
Vinod led seven cross-functional international initiatives across relevant Labcorp roles, involving Geneva, Indianapolis, Singapore, China, Japan, India and Belgium.
Mapped end-to-end workflows across Data Revision/Data Management, Project Management, Investigator Support/Call Center, Resulting Center and laboratory functions during data-lock activities. Identified duplicated work across departments and led process improvements to eliminate repetition, streamline handoffs and release operational capacity. Recommendations were approved by leadership and implemented, delivering approximately 480 hours in annual savings in Geneva alone. This shared work spans the Administrative Coordinator and Senior Client Coordinator roles, with a six-person team across Geneva and Indianapolis. It does not belong to Clinical Specialist, and it is separate from the approximately 600 hours of annual savings for WIPO’s Hague Registry and Operations department.
Historical process-improvement and professional-transformation initiative. Not an artificial-intelligence project.
